ADD ~vs~ ADHD
ADD is similar to ADHD except ADD does not have the hyperactivity. ADHD and ADD do not usually come alone. There are many other conditions that are commonly associated with ADD and ADHD. Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorders, Central Auditory Processing Disorder, Learning Disabilities and Addiction are just some of the conditions that can appear with ADD and ADHD. ![]()
Listening Program
In children, auditory problems may be identified by speech and language problems, sensitivity to sounds, poor attention, difficulty following directions, difficulty expressing oneself, difficulty with listening comprehension as well as reading comprehension, difficulty with social interactions, or auditory self-stimulation, such as constant humming or self-talk. Children who have had a history of ear infections or chronic middle ear fluid are at a higher risk for having difficulties in auditory perception and processing.![]()

EEG Biofeedback, also known as Neurofeedback,is an exciting, non-invasive innovation in the treatment of ADD. It is based on extensive research that ADD is caused by underarousal in the brain.
