My daughter is diagnosed with Central Auditory Processing Disorder. She gets a lot of help at school through the speech program and a resource room. However, I would like to say that the main break-through for us happened at the Educational Healing Center with Pam Warehime.
She used integrative approach to help my daughter. She started with Brain Gym Exercises and helped me to learn them so we can do them together at home, she incorporated Kinesiology to relieve the stress level, and finally last January she added Neurofeedback. The results are nothing less than phenomenal. My daughter's struggle with reading and math is over, her ability to focus improved greatly and the main thing for me is that she is a very happy little girl. She is happy to go to school, get her double stickers, pick a new book. My last child study team meeting was wonderful. There is no discussion that she might also have Dyslexia or that ADHD is developing. Quite the opposite, the progress that she had made was noticed by everyone and everyone is relaxed and excited to see that she is on her way to be very successful at school.
I can not thank Pam Warehime enough for the wonderful programs that she provided, for her caring and loving attitude, for an amazing ability to create great relationship with children. I can highly recommend her services to anyone in need. You will not regret it.
